Why use Eaton Green

We will listen and understand your requirements and do all we can to help find your next home.

We represent buyers

We act on your behalf to source properties from the whole market including some properties not even available on the open market. We view them on your behalf and provide a shortlist of suitable properties. We will then negotiate the best price and terms on your behalf. If required, we can then liaise between estate agents, solicitors, surveyors & mortgage companies throughout the process. Speak to your local Eaton Green property expert about this service.

Know your budget

You really need to know how much you can afford before you start looking for a property. There are many factors that can affect how much money you can borrow so we recommend you speak to our mortgage broker who will show you what is available in the whole market and provide you with an offer in principle.

Residential Sales

Register your details

Be the first to hear about new properties being sold. Once we have all your contact details we are able to email detailed property particulars for you to choose from. Either email back or call to arrange a viewing.

Viewing property

We will accompany you on every viewing which will help us get a thorough understanding of what your preferences are. See as many properties as you can, however if do you find the perfect property early on in your search then don’t delay making an offer.

Negotiating & Making an Offer

Once you find the perfect property for you, move quickly to secure it. Don’t assume the vendor will take an offer lower than the asking price. If the property is priced correctly it is likely to sell at or very close to the asking price. To avoid potential issues later on in the sales process, make sure you are clear about what is and what is not included in the sale.

Conveyancing Process

You need to appoint a solicitor to deal with the legal process of buying a property. We are happy to provide a competitive quote. The conveyancing process normally takes 6 – 8 weeks although if you already have a provisional mortgage offer this can significantly reduce the amount of time it takes.
