  • Are your valuations free?

    Yes our property valuations are completely free of charge. You will also receive a free valuation report once we have conducted the valuation.

     

  • Can you give me a valuation over the phone?

    It’s important we see the property in order to give you an accurate valuation. You will probably have a good idea of the approximate value of your property by looking at similar properties on the internet.

     

  • I’m not ready to sell or rent yet – Is the valuation still free?

    Yes completely free. If you are thinking of moving it’s important to know how much you are likely to get for your property so you can plan your finances. We are also able to advise you on the best mortgage deals available.

     

  • I’m on the market with another agent – Can I change agent?

    If you are currently on the market with another agent you need to check the agency agreement you signed when you first put the property on the market. Most agents will lock you into a sole agency period for a set number of weeks. Once this period has expired you can change agent or instruct a second agent.

     

  • How long is your sole agency agreement period?

    Unlike most agents we do not tie you in to a lengthy sole agency agreement. We are confident of delivering high service standards and therefore do not feel it necessary to lock you into an agreement. It’s simple – if you're unhappy with any part of our service you can give us notice to terminate at anytime.

     

  • How long will the valuation take?

    We need to have a good look around your property and discuss the valuation and marketing options. You therefore need to allow about an hour depending on how many questions you have. If you have a set amount of time let us know at the time of booking.
